Solar panels and battery power consumption?

    I’ve had a newly installed solar panel system and battery using more kilo Watts than before the installation, how come?

    Hi

    To conduct a rudimentary investigation, power off all your usual (pre-install) appliances in the house and see what level of consumption your battery, inverter and generation meters are consuming.

    If you’ve had a Smart Meter installed recently, I’m guessing it could be that!

    Get your installers back to investigate, if this doesn’t satisfy your curiosity.
