Can ‘I’ as in yourself remove them. I wouldn’t recommend that. I would get a local professional installer to remove them and reinstall them.

If ‘you’ remove them and then try to get an installer to reinstall them, then you’d probably find it difficult to find anyone who would touch it with a barge pole.
