Early bird catches the PV export tariff worm

The take-up of photovoltaic or PV solar panels has been a tremendous success. The PV export tariff is a catalyst for the astute. Incentives so good that new installations are spread far and wide. The demand for PV solar technology is strong, with around 550 MW installed since the feed-in tariffs began.

Energy price rises are so prevalent that it almost makes solar panel adoption inevitable.

The UK is a leader in green technologies and high energy costs. These self-generation incentives are an incredible opportunity to turn back the tide. Market leaders and export tariff pioneers create good green jobs. Solar panels are a long-term investment, not only for households but businesses and nations too. Crazy politicians in a crazy world are the best incentives for energy independence.

Short-term thinking and short-sighted views about solar technology are no longer an option. The revenues squandered on paying your energy expenditure could be purchasing your new PV. These types of out-of-the-box technologies have come to the forefront again.

PV solar panels are as essential today as the building of roads in the early 20th-century. Electric vehicle charging capabilities is accelerating at an ever-increasing rate.

To suggest that government policy has done something astute for once is an understatement. The early bird catches the solar-powered worm and the adoption of solar panel technology is a homeowner’s best choice this century. So, take full advantage of the export tariffs before your neighbours, full bragging rights expected.

Important to note the new rates being proposed in the “consultation” farce. Consult until 23 December but apply the new rates on 12 December before this even finishes.
If you want the current 43.3p FIT then you need to register by 12 December or you’ll be on the new 21p rate.

Not too happy about your anti-government rhetoric – keeping businesses free of over-regulation is highly desirable and much needed.

Hi – I’ve asked for contact with two firms found on line all to no avail.

Can you recommend a trusted MCS photo-voltaic panels installer for me – I live near Carmarthen.
Many thanks in anticipation! Jenny
