Future is bright for solar panels

Thursday, December 15th, 2011

With the reduction of the feed-in tariffs rate this week and with all the negative media attention that this has brought.

Home of the energy savvy.

Home of the energy savvy.

You may forgive for thinking that PV solar panels are a technology of the past, like tea–making machines or the unforgettable Sinclair C5’s.

The reality, however, will be more and more PV solar panels will continue to adorn homes up and down the country and especially worldwide. How can we be so confident of this?

Put just, energy costs both nationally and internationally will continue to rise at quicker and quicker rates with all of us worldwide having to find ways to alleviate this pain on a more long-term basis. (more…)

We had PV solar panels installed

Monday, December 5th, 2011

It is with great pleasure that we wish to congratulate you on the effective and efficient installation of our PV solar panels (photovoltaic), and we look forward to reaping the benefits in due course.

The PV solar panel apocalypse in the UK between 2012 and 2018.

We chose the solar electric and solar heating systems which could be installed to meet our environmentally friendly and cost-effective requirements.

Despite delays due to non-availability of parts and the need to secure an alternative installer, was undertaken within the time specified without significant disruption to the running of our home.

We only lost electricity for a short time while the installation was connected and everything was made fully functional as soon as possible after installation. (more…)

New roads or PV solar panels?

Wednesday, November 30th, 2011

Do we spend our nation’s money on new roads or PV (photovoltaic) solar panel technology?

Power My Home PV Solar Panels UKThe stupidity of some people knows no bounds, but you would think that our leaders in government would know better, wouldn’t you? I am afraid not, and I am so scared for the future.

The recent decision to cut the subsidies to homeowners through the hugely successful feed-in tariffs scheme was necessary to help reduce the deficit.

Or so we thought!

A crazy decision to build more road infrastructure has left me shocked.

Growth with PV solar panels

Monday, November 28th, 2011

About the recent events regarding the feed-in tariff scheme, for example, the early reduction of the tariff rates and the media attention that the PV (photovoltaic) solar panel industry has received lately, you could be forgiven for thinking the industry was dying.

The PV solar panel apocalypse in the UK between 2012 and 2018.In fact, the opposite is right, and the PV solar industry can now grow more sustainably and flourish, benefiting more homeowners who want to reduce their dependence on the expensive, traditional fossil fuels, which are becoming scarcer with each decade.

Despite all the protests about the recent feed-in tariff reduction for PV solar panels. There is an underlying truth that people will have to find alternatives to oil, gas and electricity supplies, the consumption of which will continue to rise unabated in the coming years. (more…)

PV solar installations hit record numbers

Tuesday, November 15th, 2011

The world has gone crazy for PV solar panels (photovoltaic). Across the globe from Germany to the USA and the Far East, the rush to install PV solar panels has well and truly started.

There's nothing more powerful than when a PV's time has come.

There’s nothing more powerful than when PV’s time has come.

Even here in the United Kingdom, PV solar panels installations have rocketed to unprecedented levels over the last couple of years. You may have seen some PV solar panels pop-up in your area recently.

The rush for photovoltaic technology, alongside the global increase in energy costs, is no coincidence.

Whether we like it or not, there is too much demand on the remaining oil and gas supplies and the world’s governments are now all too aware of that. (more…)

PV solar panels are common sense

Saturday, October 15th, 2011

Why PV solar panels (photovoltaic) are just common sense? There are some things in life which are just common sense.

The application of sunscreen, for example, so you don’t burn in the sun, wrapping up warm on cold winter mornings and wearing waterproof shoes when it’s raining. These are all common-sense precautions.

PV solar panels are just common sense in today's world.

PV solar panels are just common sense in today’s world.

The latest common-sense approach to modern life is to install PV solar panels to protect your family from undependable and increasingly expensive fossil fuels.

The world has changed dramatically over the last few years, and the era of cheap, plentiful energy is now a distant memory for us all. (more…)
